For the first two weeks of December 2013, Eat Art Truck is proud to partner with Gourmet Traveller and Coles Finest to bring you Coles Finest Food Truck.

Inspired by delicious Australian products from the Coles Finest range, Gourmet Traveller's food editors have created three smart snacks perfect for the party season - and you can sample them for free this month from our truck in Sydney and Melbourne.

Tasmanian hot- and cold-smoked salmon, cured in Demerara sugar and beech wood-smoked, is the star of a delicate salad of shaved fennel, peas and buttermilk dressing.

Coles Finest free-range leg ham is a winner atop char-grilled sourdough with apple slaw and mustard dressing.

Finally, think food truck, think doughnuts. GT's sugar-dusted numbers are offered three ways: filled with Coles Finest blood-orange marmalade, raspberry jam or red-gum honey.

Don't miss the opportunity to taste all these snacks with our compliments when the Coles Finest Food Truck comes to Sydney and Melbourne. Please check out the schedule.

The guys at Eat Art Truck are huge fans of street art and have dedicated one side of the Eat Art Truck to be a canvas for street artists to showcase their talent.  We endeavour to commission new artists every month to paint, live, on the side of the truck with an aim to support and grow the scene.  Each artwork is collected and auctioned off for charity.  Artists to have painted on Eat Art Truck include Phibs, Ears, Bafcat, Skulk and Beastman.  Please let us know if you are interested in painting our truck!

With a state of the art Electrolux kitchen in built into its chassis, the Eat Art Truck boasts an induction cooktop, two combination steam ovens, a monster char-grill, deepfryer and microwave, allowing Stu to look good in the most high pressure situations.

Eat Art Truck runs smoothly and efficiently as it is powered by a high tech IMPOS point of sales system which includes a touch order placement and bump screen, cutting down your waiting time and tonnes of paper!

Eat Art Truck would not have looked so slick without the matte black Avery skin that is wrapped perfectly around the truck’s not so streamlined body. Eat Art Truck is also wrapped where the sun don’t shine… under the artworks. This not only protects our truck but gives the artist a clean slate to paint on every time!
